Infant Care
Faith started to go to the infant care centre yesterday. I was sooooo... relieved and happy to see that she enjoyed herself so much! She was playing and relating to the teachers very well.
She appear to enjoy learning in the new environment a lot. Andrew and I are both glad we decided to put her in the infant care centre instead of at home with a maid or a nanny. The caregivers/teachers at the infant care are very experienced and professionally trained to understand and care for infants.
When she's in the centre, I can trust professionalism of the teachers and regulations by the centre and MCYS; if she's with a nanny or domestic help, I can only rely on luck! I've seen and heard too many cases of babies being mistreated behind closed doors (although there are many good ones around too), I'd rather not bet my 'luck' with my precious little one.
Finally had time this morning to see photos of Faith and I taken by CQ when we were over for their son, Jeremy's first month party. Always like his work...so candid, so natural -- which is the same reason we invited him to be the photographer for our ROM and church wedding...the photos come to life from the emotions he captures. :) Thanks, CQ!
